If you know a veteran whose housing is at risk, tell us early. The sooner we know, the more options there are.
Who we serve
We serve veterans and transitioning service members who are employed or income-stable but at risk of losing housing due to military transition, separation from service, medical retirement, relocation, delayed benefits, or temporary hardship.
HUD-VASH voucher holders who need a placement that meets program standards.
Transitioning service members using Basic Allowance for Housing during a move or transition.
Recently separated veterans in the window before civilian housing is settled.
What happens next
We review the referral and reach out to the veteran directly.
We help them understand their housing options and connect them to our housing partners and the programs they qualify for.
We coordinate the referral and follow through.
